Soiree Swag can personalize your powder coated stainless steel tumblers, can coolers, etc. with a logo, name, phrase or monogram.
Engraving sizes:
- Handled Tumblers (30-40 oz): One side only, approximately 2.5″ wide x up to 4″ tall
- Handled Coffee Cups: One side only, varies by brand
- Straight Side tumblers and water bottles: Full wrap or one or two sides, total space varies by brand and capacity
WOOD ITEMS
See a cool charcuterie board, cutting board, catch-all, or other wood item while out and about? We can customize it and make it a true one-of-a-kind gift!
Items MUST be:
- Wood. I can not accept any other materials. There must be indication that the item is actual, real wood.
- Less than 6 inches thick/tall at the thickest/highest point
- Less than 24″ x 18″ in total size.

100% natural, vegetable/veg tanned leather is laser safe and can be personalized just how you’d like it.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OWN ITEM ENGRAVING
** By engaging Soiree Swag for these services, you acknowledge that sometimes technology fails, things get crazy and human error is a thing. I treat every project as it it was my own and want to provide a high quality and satisfactory results. Please read the terms and conditions below:
Please note: For the purposes of these terms, “own items” refers to any item intended for engraving which is the property of a third party (you, the customer).
Soiree Swag takes great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction, however engraving is a mechanical process and there is a small chance of damage occurring to items being engraved. As a result, we can only accept own items for engraving on the understanding that:
- Soiree Swag is not liable for replacing or repairing any own items supplied by the client that are damaged during the engraving process.
- Soiree Swag reserves the right to refuse own items that we deem to be unsuitable for the engraving process.
- The client is responsible for ensuring their own items are free from any defects and flaws prior to delivery/drop-off.
- Please be aware that logos, brands, some styles of monograms, and other customer-provided art may be slightly warped during the engraving process by nature of translating a flat graphic to a cylindrical object, specifically objects that are tapered. Any logo or art that is warped or skewed more than 10%, or in the sole discretion of Soiree Swag, will not be used.
- Laser engraving can be an imperfect process and in rare cases the item or material will be damaged. The customer assumes all liability/replacement value for any items that sustain machine damage while at our business location. Any requests for engraving services to be refunded will be decided on at our sole discretion.

Sending and/or dropping off your own items for engraving, or placing an order that includes engraving, indicates acceptance of these terms in full.
